LATEST CRAZE: EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT DRINKING CELERY JUICE

Are you drinking celery juice too? It seems like everywhere you turn, everyone is drinking celery juice thanks to “Medical Medium” Anthony Williams. He is the creator of this global celery juice movement and a four time New York Times best-selling author. Even celebs including Kim Kardashian, Naomi Campbell and Pharrell are jumping on the celery juice bandwagon. If you’re wondering what all the hype is about, or just want to know some fun facts; read on as we share the real, raw reasons we’re loving our celery juice and why you may just want to give it a try too.

Celery is an excellent source of vitamins A, C and K and has powerful antioxidants. With excellent sources of alkaline minerals like calcium, potassium and magnesium, this low calorie diet helps your body maintain its blood pH level.

Benefits of Celery Juice?

Anthony William insists that celery juice flushes out metal toxicity, pesticides and herbicides that are inside our liver. It helps to destroy bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms that can cause diseases.

It also helps with…

  • Inflammation
  • Cleanses the body of toxicity
  • Reduces bloating
  • Lowers blood pressure
  • Helps with eczema, psoriasis and acne
  • Lowers cholesterol
  • Aids in weight loss
  • Ease digestion
  • Helps with constipation
  • Improves Kidney function

Juicing VS. Blending:

There are two ways you can drink this. If you have a juicer, run one bunch of celery through it. If you have a blender, blend it in a high-speed blender until smooth, then strain well and drink immediately.

He recommends drinking 16 ounces on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Wait at least 15 minutes after drinking your celery juice before consuming anything else. If you’re sensitive, and drinking 16 ounces is too much, start with a smaller amount and work your way up. Use organic celery whenever possible and wash well before juicing.

Enjoy your morning!
