This December, Honolulu MedSpa is proud to partner with the Laulima Giving Program, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping struggling families through the donation of goods, services, enriching experiences, and advocacy. The Laulima Giving Program also accepts cash equivalent donations to help stabilize high-risk families throughout the Hawaiian Islands.

As we reflect on the past year, the Honolulu MedSpa family feels particularly thankful for the blessings and relationships that enrich our lives. We were inspired by the Laulima Giving Program, and their mission to bring together businesses, schools, churches, and agencies together in order to strengthen the community and create a cycle of growth and prosperity to those who need it most. Laulima takes particular notice of families affected by incarceration, families with special-needs children, and the elderly or individuals unable to fully care for themselves. We believe our partnership with Laulima reflects our sincere desire to share our feelings of joy and gratitude with those who need a little extra kindness and generosity during the Holiday season.

As part of our partnership with Laulima, we adopted three families and will be delivering donations off each family’s requested items wish-lists. We will be delivering our donations to the Laulima Giving Project on December 18th, and hope to make the Holiday season a little brighter for our three deserving families. We know that when we adopt a spirit of “laulima,” or “many hands working together,” we can make a positive impact on the community and ourselves.
