The Rejuvn8 PDO thread is inserted into the subdermal tissue for temporary support of the area being treated. Over the next 6 months, the PDO threads dissolve creating collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. The skin becomes thicker, more elastic, more youthful, tight and smooth.

These threads are used to reposition, lift and secure static, sagging skin while stimulating neo-collagenesis.  

How Rejuvn8 PDO Threads Work

Polydioxanone has been used for more than 20 years in orthopedics, surgery plastic surgery and ophthalmology. PDO Threads have a high safety profile, complete absorption, and minimal tissue reaction. The PDO thread generates tensing fibrosis in the surrounding tissue. When inserted correctly in the subcutaneous tissue, the risk for scarring is absent.

Do Rejuvn8 PDO Threads Hurt?

Patients may experience mild bruising in the treatment area or a tender to the touch feeling.
