With a deep passion for helping people feel better and lead happier lives, Arlene loves coming into work every day, knowing she will be making a positive difference. Born in Alexandria, Virginia, Arlene graduated from Pennsylvania State University with her BSN. She has enjoyed a thriving career in nursing for over eighteen years.
Arlene spent the early part of her career in Oncology until finding her true passion in Aesthetic Medicine. Trained by some of the best in the industry, Arlene notes the following for much of her advanced training:

Arlene enjoys educating patients on aesthetic medicine and explaining what each product can do to help enhance and maintain your natural beauty. Arlene has found that with the years of experience working in Oncology, she brings a gentle touch, compassion, and care to each patient experience. Knowing this is an ever-changing field, Arlene takes ongoing education seriously and makes a point to invest in herself. She is passionate about keeping up with the newest products, techniques, and technology to always provide her patients with the best care and outcome. Arlene notes Neuromodulators such as Botox and Dysport as her go-to treatment. She says, “I love what they can do; it is so much more than softening wrinkles. This treatment can provide a lift; it can accentuate a feature; it can provide relief from pain, address hyperhidrosis, relax a gummy smile. It can be a positive life change for my patients.”
In her downtime, Arlene enjoys time with her family, exploring the island. Arlene has two amazing boys, one in High School and another serving in the United States Air Force. After Arlene’s husband decided to retire after 23 years in the United States Army, they have planted permanent roots in Hawaii. She enjoys spending time with her three dogs and two horses and is proud to report her youngest son has developed a love for riding alongside her.

What began as a curiosity soon evolved into a full-fledged career, fueled by my natural ability to learn quickly, adapt to fast-paced environments, and take initiative in hands-on settings.
With a proven background managing high-performing medical spas, social wellness clubs, and plastic surgery practices across South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia, I've consistently applied my leadership skills to elevate patient care, streamline operations, and inspire team growth. My ability to quickly understand both the clinical and business sides of aesthetic medicine has accelerated my career and earned me the trust of both providers and patients alike.I’m thrilled to bring my passion and experience to Honolulu MedSpa. With a background in Family Resources, Traci has always been passionate about education and community. She has found her place at Honolulu MedSpa as a Patient Care Coordinator and truly enjoys building personal relationships with our patients and team members.
Traci’s calm demeanor has been a blessing to patients upon first entering our doors. She puts the needs of others before her own and is always quick to identify what a guest may need even before they know themselves! Her professional skills have lead her to be a great resource for those looking to navigate their way to a healthier, more positive lifestyle.
In her downtime, Traci enjoys photography and ceramics. She is always up for a new adventure on our beautiful island and loves to bring her two dogs along for the ride!
Tiffany Rivera

Tiffany is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and seasoned Aesthetic Specialist who has been delivering exceptional skin results since 2008. With nearly a decade of medical aesthetics experience, she is extensively trained in DiamondGlow, HydraFacial, Chemical peels, Soprano Titanium laser hair removal, and Aerolase.
Known for her meticulous attention to detail and highly personalized care, Tiffany specializes in anti-aging, sensitive skin, and acne treatments. She believes that with consistency, science-backed ingredients, and effective treatments, anyone can achieve radiant, glowing skin.
Her favorite treatment is the DiamondGlow facial paired with dermaplaning and a Hydrojelly mask- an instantly brightening, smoothing combination suitable for all skin types. She always reminds patients to be extra mindful of sun exposure afterward.

With eight years of experience in aesthetics and a genuine passion shaped by her own journey with hormonal acne, Chelsea brings both expertise and empathy to her role as Patient Coordinator at Honolulu MedSpa. Her background as a home health aide, combined with nearly a decade spent supporting patients in the aesthetic space, has given her a meaningful understanding of what patients need and strengthened her dedication to ensuring every person feels cared for from their first call to their follow-up.
Chelsea is especially proud of the knowledge she’s gained throughout her career and finds it incredibly rewarding to witness patients achieving real, transformative results. Knowing she played even a small part in someone’s journey toward healthier, more radiant skin is what motivates her every day.
Her favorite skincare product is Phloretin CF, a staple in her own routine. Outside of work, you can find Chelsea camping or enjoying beach days with her family. Elyse is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Body Treatment Specialist with nearly five years of experience helping clients look and feel their most confident. With advanced training and her own personal journey with acne, she brings both expertise and empathy to every treatment.
She specializes in CoolSculpting Elite, customized facials, microneedling, chemical peels, and laser rejuvenation. Known for her structured, results-driven approach, Elyse creates strategic plans that start with impactful, stacked treatments and transition into personalized maintenance for long-term skin and body health.
Elyse loves building simple, realistic habits that fit each client’s lifestyle and strives to make the process feel approachable, not overwhelming. Her favorite treatment is microneedling with SkinPen for its collagen-boosting, texture-refining results with minimal downtime.

Akiko Zbytovsky
Aesthetic Nurse Specialist
Akiko is an Aesthetic Nurse Injector with a rich background in women’s health and midwifery. Originally from Osaka, Japan, she spent 17 years practicing midwifery before moving to Hawai‘i, where she has served as an OB nurse at Queen’s North Hawai‘i Community Hospital for the past 18 years. She became a certified Aesthetic Nurse Injector in 2020 and has trained extensively with top aesthetic educators nationwide, including advanced education in neurotoxins, fillers, biostimulators, PRF/EZ Gel, Kybella, and PDO threads.
At Honolulu MedSpa, Akiko is known for her gentle touch, meticulous eye, and ability to create natural, balanced results that enhance her clients’ unique features. Amy is a dedicated Physician Assistant with a passion for natural, confidence-boosting aesthetic results. At Honolulu MedSpa, she specializes in injectable and energy-based treatments designed to refresh and enhance while ensuring patients still feel completely like themselves.
Amy earned her Master of Health Services in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of California, Davis. With experience in aesthetic and regenerative medicine, she is trained in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PRF/PRP, and collagen-stimulating technologies.

Cara is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of healthcare experience and a passion for aesthetic medicine, which she has practiced since early 2022. At Honolulu MedSpa, she is dedicated to helping clients feel confident in their skin and body by enhancing natural beauty, restoring facial volume, and guiding patients through personalized, long-term aesthetic plans.
Cara has completed advanced facial balancing and injectable training under Dr. Thuy Doan, and continues to seek ongoing education in aesthetic safety, artistry, and regenerative techniques. With a background in women’s health, mental health, medical-surgical care, and family medicine, she approaches aesthetics with a holistic, wellness-centered perspective.

Practicing since 2017, she is licensed in multiple states and has completed countless hours of continuing education. Known for her thorough, passionate, and client-focused approach, Chelsea creates a relaxing yet highly effective experience that leaves skin glowing. With years of experience in luxury, patient-facing roles and a strong foundation in client care and schedule management, he plays a key part in helping both patients and providers have smooth, stress-free experiences from start to finish.
A graduate of Kaimuki High School, cum laude, Elijah has since immersed himself in the world of aesthetics and wellness. He prides himself on delivering a 5-star experience -whether he’s coordinating appointments, staying up to date on the latest treatments and trends, or making sure each patient feels truly seen and cared for.
One of Elijah’s favorite treatments is microneedling with PDRN for its ability to improve texture, boost collagen, and brighten dull or scarred skin. He’s also a big believer in strong barrier support, with the Triple Lipid Restore Cream ranking as one of his top skincare picks.

Leilani Ludviksen
DIRECTOR OF NURSING
Leilani is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and aesthetic injector who has spent over 15 years in medical aesthetics helping individuals look and feel their very best. With a master’s degree in nursing and 17 years of experience as a nurse, she brings both clinical depth and an artistic eye to every treatment she performs.
Leilani has trained extensively with world-renowned experts including Dr. Arthur Swift, Dr. Steve Yoelin, Dr. Mauricio De Maio, Dr. Gideon Kwok, Nicola Lowrey, PA-C, and Dr. Leonie Schelke. Leilani continues to pursue annual advanced education to stay aligned with the latest, safest, and most effective techniques in aesthetic medicine.
She is known for her signature full-face refresh approach, using injectables to restore facial proportion, balance, and natural harmony. Lip enhancement is another passion of hers, offering patients an immediate, impactful boost to their overall look while maintaining a soft, natural aesthetic.

Renee’s path into aesthetics wasn’t traditional, but it unfolded exactly the way it was meant to. With a lifelong love for beauty and wellness, she found her start in the industry during a casual conversation at a med spa appointment. Shortly after, she stepped into her first medical spa position where she quickly fell in love with the energy of the people, the pace, and the constant opportunity to learn and grow.
Today, Renee splits her time between the front desk and her role as Community Outreach Coordinator, where her natural warmth, curiosity, and connection to the island truly shine. Whether she’s welcoming patients with her signature positivity or building bridges between HMS and the local community, she is driven by a genuine love for people and a desire to leave a meaningful impact.
She has fully embraced the world of aesthetics, staying enthusiastic about the newest treatments, skincare innovations, and patient experiences. Her personal skincare must-haves include SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic, Glycolic 10 Renew Overnight, and her daily non-negotiable, EltaMD tinted sunscreen.
